This blog is about placing expansion files. This might vary with your edition of windows and Photoshop/Light room, but this is how it is done at my box. But I think this blog might still take the “magic” out of how it is done.
Navigation, getting to the right folder.
It can be challenging to find the right folder; the reason is that they are often hidden.
The easiest way
- Open “File Explore” (hit ÿ and type File Explore).
- In the address bar type “%APPDATA%” and hit enter
Easy… Wasn’t it
From this folder structure is it fairly easy to navigate to where you should place the extension files. In the table below is a few examples
