Disclaimer: Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizer, bleaching agent and disinfectant and it will stain coloured items, this include your skin. Do not mix it stronger as it is a prescription for chemical “burning” (strong oxidation) and can result in a yellowish result.
Everyone having young teanagers in the house might benefit from this hack, their white sneakers is suddenly all stained and unattractive. Instead of buying new shoes, there is a simple few steps to make them white again.
Mix the following ingredients into a paste, use an old toothbrush, do not use your hands.
1 TBSP. Baking Soda
1/2 TBSP. WATER
1/2 TBSP. Hydrogen peroxide (Oxalsyre Danish)
For easy access around the eyelets and the tongue, remove the sneaker laces from your Converse sneakers.
Apply the paste on the shoes with the toothbrush, remember to do the plastic and laces as well, leave the shoes and laces out in the sun until dried, then you can shake off the powder.
The laces need to be straightened to prevent looseness and twisting. Inside the shoe, adjust the tongue so that it centers beneath both eyelet rows.
