Sony, I feel left down

Is it concerning anyone else that Sony doesn’t release many camera upgrades? It appears that other camera manufacturers are adding new functions to their older models more regularly than Sony is.

I find it annoying that Sony doesn’t seem to care about updating a few minor features on an outdated camera platform. Sony frequently releases new cameras with a plethora of new software features, although the cameras are frequently internally identical to the prior models. Similar circuit boards, sensors, CPUs, and other components.

I know you adore your Sony camera and don’t want to hear this, but the truth is that Sony doesn’t seem to worry too much about upsetting its fan base. We have seen it with the A-Mount platform, when Sony made a public declaration that the platform was still alive but never fulfilled the promises made on the platform. Alternatively, I might be content with the characteristics I selected while choosing my camera. For me, it’s not that easy; I can’t just go out and get a new camera because I have a ton of debt from technology in the shape of camera housings and more, and I have high expectations that Sony should do good things for us to stay loyal to the brand.

To be honest, I think it’s great that there won’t be too many updates. The software and camera stability are crucial, but never! Personally, I don’t think “Never” is great.

Perhaps we should just face it: Sony has a poor strategy, and it will cost them dearly in the long run. Brands like Fuji, Canon, and Blackmagic are pushing the product line and constantly adding new features to their cameras via firmware.
